From frozen to flavorful in just 13 minutes

 

STEAMING INSTRUCTIONS 

Steam your frozen momos for 13–14 minutes over boiling water using a stovetop steamer.
Be sure to spray or grease the steamer tray before placing the momos to prevent sticking.

✔️ Works with:

  • Bamboo Steamer
     
  • Stainless Steel Steamer
     

NO STEAMER? NO PROBLEM! PAN-FRY INSTEAD

You’ll need:

  • 1 medium frying pan
     
  • A lid
     
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
     

How to Pan-Fry Frozen Momos:

  1. Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat.
     
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
     
  3. Place frozen momos directly into the pan.
     
  4. Add water (cold):
     
    • For vegetable or potato momos: add water to ½ the height of the momo.
       
    • For meat momos: add water to ⅔ the height of the momo.
       
    • Cover with a lid and cook on high heat until the water is almost fully evaporated.
       

  1. Reduce heat to low, uncover, and continue cooking until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
